Sony Ericsson, 3 UK launch 6-wk Cybershot Phone Campaign!

Sony Ericsson UK and 3 UK are launching an embedded Facebook Mobile application as part of a campaign for the C510 Cybershot phone, NewMediaAge reported. The mobile app is part of a six-week integrated campaign centering on the Facebook profile of ‘Eric’ who engages in a series of activities such as parachute jumping designed to create status envy amonghis ‘friends’.

 Eric’s friends can enter a daily competition to win a prize associated with his status updates. The profile will also include information on the new phone. The campaign, developed by integrated agency Iris, will be supported by a campaign site and display banners as well as in-store activity, including offering consumers lessons on how to create the best possible profile picture using the C510.

Sony Ericsson C905 Released On Orange UK

The long awaited Sony Ericsson C905 arrived on the Orange network today for upgrade in black, the silver version arrives from the 1st November.  The phone touts an 8 Mp camera, 3264×2448 pixels, autofocus, face detection, smart contrast, video(QVGA 30fps), xenon flash and a secondary videocall camera.
